Created and grown using Organic Spike Technology, suspected of achieving communication with flesh and circuitry alike (under study at the moment.) Project is pending further study, waiting on developments to form on their own.

UPDATE (by ARMO-012533-11): Blood samples and Nova-based testing show light signs of aging, borderline negligible. Flycatcher reveals to eating small amounts of food. Current system as analyzed is a wasteless intensive process such as the one used on Insa-Type androids. Theory assumes a digestive period six times longer than the human norm. Android built by Kod Regoär Naïnsev as a reported scare prank at Snow Coast General College. Failed to accomplish designated intent due to poor programming and was witnessed roaming streets of New Colombus. Found by black market trader group the Chips and re-programmed into a member of the group under hypothesized tutoring of Wisco "Danger" Robastan and Indo Laramist. Caught in a teleporter accident while fighting Reli Blademaster and fused with monster. At last report, had gone berserk in an electronics shop and killed three employees. Now wanted for triple homicide.
UPDATE (by WBEL-061521-02): Project Syndrome witnessed and photographed, see attached pictures. Shows medium fusion with Blademaster organism, most notably the hands and innards. Constant monitoring by operatives has revealed a drastically destabilized personality. Suggest containment to prevent damages.

UPDATE (by MPAR-052122-01): Project Syndrome allegedly murdered black market member Arise Kasost. Information about Arise recorded and saved under Document Gumdrops. Gumdrops was found in Syndrome's condo under a heavily mutated appearance (see attached pictures, linked to both the Gumdrops and Syndrome entries.) Reason of mutation is under examination at the moment.

Currently impossible to get visual representation as entity is locked up inside Old Bunker #45 (map has been linked for operatives). UPDATE (by SHAF-013111-01): Syndrome found to have mutated other androids using Organic Spike Technology. Pictures have been attached and linked to appropriate projects and/or documents. Androids are: Elise Marquis (Project Bootleg), Kay (Project Lightray), Kestra (Document Headache), Asiil (Document Snow Coast) and Athley (Document Cinnamon). New entry named Insa-Type Androids made for general information about hybridized androids. New entry named Nova-Based Androids made for specification that may not be particular to Project Flycatcher but rather common to all future Nova-Type androids should there be any.
UPDATE (by KIST-082227-01): Syndrome has attempted assassination of Governor Carlest Taylor and was stopped by Unionized Mercenary Armi Prosis (see attached pictures and videos.) All involved parties confirmed dead except for Syndrome. Files relating to Bootleg, Lightray, Headache, Snow Coast and Cinnamon changed to documents. Entry Armi Prosis (Document Pink Mammal) created.
UPDATE (by ATAY-111145-01): All operatives are instructed to begin active monitoring and secure Syndrome at their own discretion. Syndrome should be considered armed and very dangerous at all times. Use of lethal force is forbidden in all cases.
UPDATE (by KIRA-081826-02): Syndrome witnessed in desert near Old Bunker #39 and apprehended. Two operatives killed by unexplained massive heart attack during operation. Syndrome secured and brought back to headquarters for further study.
UPDATE (by ATAY-111145-01): SPECIAL MESSAGE: Employees are to confine Syndrome to maximum security cell and wait for further instructions. Floor is to be closed to all employees and monitored through redundant array of security cameras and automated multipurpose turrets placed in neighboring cells, floor, walls and ceiling. Syndrome is to be moved to new cell as soon as floor upgrades are finished and confirmed. Elevators will refuse to stop at chosen floor unless security code is entered.

Joined Unionized Mercenaries at age twenty and gained ranks as quickly as possible per UM minimum regulations. Known to have caused ire in his chain of command due to outspoken and coarse behavior. Accidentally ran into Dossier Catfight twice: once at office of user RKAR-122133-01 and once at home of Mr. Horis Calista. Entry created in the anticipation of instructions regarding Mr. Naïnsev.
UPDATE: (by ATAY-111145-01): Mr. Naïnsev has been witnessed showing interest in Dossiers. Operatives are to passively monitor and check for inconsistencies.

UPDATE (by ATAY-111145-01): Reez Lokk has shown lack of professionalism in bringing Flycatcher to dangerous district. He is to be reprimanded but not fired.
UPDATE (by ATAY-111145-01): Lokk has begun showing doubts about job, under influence from Flycatcher. Has also helped Flycatcher retrieve broken car frame at Old Bunker #45 for unknown reasons.

Sir,
I'd like to focus your attention on the recent developments concerning our involvement with Unionized Mercenary Reez Lokk and Sierra Naïnsev / Ilica (Project Flycatcher). I'm a bit short on time, so I've included the relevant database links at the very bottom of my message, rather than embed them into the text as usual. Please review and sign, as our operatives are expecting an okay to make sure everything is set up properly.
We were forced to deal with a contract due to lack of available storage space at headquarters. In the same line of thinking, I'd like to know about the construction projects so we can start to breathe around here. For once in who knows how many years, the employees have passed the word to finish all their projects and dossiers ahead of schedule and the whole logistics of the building have been thrown out of whack.
I also want to report the death of Mr. Rickess Damno Karl at the hands of Project Flycatcher. He had attempted to secure her alive but ran out of luck. As far as the video feeds tell, there was no big mistake on his part - if it hadn't been for Flycatcher's remaining hand, he'd still be alive right now. Anyway. I ramble, I ramble, but I've supplied links to pretty much everything. The photos, the entries, the video feeds are all there. I don't know if you have the same plan in mind for Rickess' replacement but from what I've seen, it wouldn't be a good idea. He was a bit harder to work with than with human employees, and I know enough about androids to know their weaknesses. Plus, the architecture he was based on made upgrades impossible. There was no way he could have improved. We took a lot of risks with that experimental frame, and the illegality of making an android look like a human to the point where it's unrecognizable... Well, I believe we may have been too close for comfort on that one. If you choose to elect a human to the position, I have a few names in mind, which we could talk about later.
I have perused the files concerning Mr. Fredaris Baker. He is aware of the operations of the headquarters through Mr. Kod Regoär Naïnsev but has openly stated he doesn't want to sniff into other people's business, and actually uses Mr. Naïnsev as his proof. We can trust him to work well at the board, as long as we don't do anything scandalizing in his eyes.
The files for Mr. Reez Lokk and Project Flycatcher are to be kept open until their deaths, since they still pose a certain threat to us, albeit minimal... It doesn't cost anything to leave the files open so the operatives know who to watch out for.

I'm aware of the logistics problem and there was nothing we could do about it for the moment. Project Flycatcher being taken care of by an external could have been avoided, but at the cost of projects of higher value. She was unique all right, but the population is not yet ready to accept what we have in mind with Nova units. They're already abrasive to androids for starters, for releasing a sentient Nova-based entity for war or even social purposes would just be pushing the envelope too far. The blood samples and interviews gathered should be enough to allow us to make progress in Nova technology. I would also like another team to work on Organic Spike Technology, as this will be the bridge to advanced Nova and Reli-based organisms. The actions of Project Syndrome have proven that it's finally possible to do something we had abandoned a long time ago. Speaking of which, I want a higher priority on the security systems on Project Syndrome, as the video feeds clearly show Project Flycatcher was thrown into a frenzy specifically via Syndrome's influence.
We will be opening new offices in Parost, New Dasist, Tecus, and Elenbakk. We will also be building secondary offices in New Colombus but not before the work is finished at the other locations. We do not have the money nor the manpower to think about this now, so our employees will have to start working on projects that don't require much space. Decrease the prices on the dossiers if you need to; the key is that you need a buffer. The last thing we want to do is babysit the research teams. They should be coming to agreements by themselves instead of fighting over territory.
Don't worry about the names for the replacement for Mr. Karl. I already have someone ready to take up the job and he will be much quieter that Mr. Karl was. I agree that we need to take a step back and operate on cruise control for a while. Your doubts regarding Mr. Reez Lokk and Project Flycatcher are reasonable and they can and will try to raise some dust. There is nothing we can do about it for now - we've missed our chance. We'll just have to save the furniture. Considering the files she could view under the authorizations she had stolen, she is slightly dangerous, but not critical to us.
The file about Project Pink Mammal has been closed too early in my opinion. I would like it to be re-opened and re-examined, by a different team. The entries about that project are incomplete and lack professionalism. I'm sure we can get more out of this project than what the first team had expected. They work well as morgue operators but can't analyze a damn thing if their life depended on it. Whoever assigned such a precious specimen to them needs a kick in the ass.
I've delayed my trip to Elenbakk in order to monitor the events at New Colombus better. With our predicament tight as it is, I want to make sure everything is done perfectly. Not to say that the events involving Project Flycatcher led to mistakes, but the fact is that we have very little margin of error right now. Keep an eye on the news, either newspaper or TV. It's important that we get an idea of which information is leaked, when, and what kinds of effects it causes. We'll need that knowledge if we are to operate effectively.

Unionized Mercenary of Sius origins. Has worked sporadically under the supervision of Kod Regoär Naïnsev and has average abilities across the board. Entry created on the basis of unexplained sudden mutation into Reli hybrid prior to her encounter with Project Syndrome. Her body is currently stored at Colombus Memorial Hospital and is scheduled to be retrieved later tonight. Pictures of body have been attached along with videos of the fight against Project Syndrome.
UPDATE (by AWAS-091409-03): Pink Mammal retrieved, examined and stored away. Mutation is found to have been caused by injection of self-activated Reli cells. Doesn't look like any currently known Reli creature. Entry closed and changed to Document.
UPDATE (by ATAY-111145-01): SPECIAL MESSAGE: A new team is to re-open the entry, return it to project state and begin any and all testing on the body as per their own appropriate discretion. This team will be announced in the coming days and the relevant parties sent a private message. The team is to record all possible information about Pink Mammal in order to get a full and clear electronic representation containing all physical, physiological and biological data. The goal of this project is to eventually be able to reproduce Pink Mammal through the same means as witnessed.
